For «Selbstporträt für die Katz» [Self-portrait for the cat / for nothing] I encase my upper body in plaster in order to make a cast with cat food. I film the moment at which my cat jumps onto the plinth and begins gnawing away at the bust, thus destroying it. This “erosion” happens slowly and gently.

Für «Selbstporträt für die Katz» habe ich meinen Oberkörper mit Gips umhüllt, um einen Abguss mit Katzenfutter anzufertigen. Ich filme den Moment, in welchem meine Katze auf den Sockel springt und beginnt, die Büste anzuknabbern und damit zu zerstören. Diese “Erosion” verläuft langsam und sanft.
